Note that while you are not required to purchase our suggested supplements, we will monitor their efficacy.

Progress-Monitoring Consultations
As a BHRT patient, you will benefit from three to four consultations during your first year to ensure progress. Your provider will make any necessary adjustments to maintain balanced hormones. After your second year, you will transition to a maintenance plan, with consultations occurring twice a year. Labs will be drawn prior to each consultation to monitor levels and track your progress. We typically recommend your first follow up consultation 3 months after the initial lab review and then transitioning to a maintenance phase of every six months.

The pricing framework for consultations includes an initial visit priced at $300, lasting 60 minutes and encompassing a comprehensive lab review and recommendations. Follow-up consultations and lab reviews are scheduled for 30 minutes and charged at $125.
