Kaylee has been working as a Patient Account Manager with AB Hormone Therapy for four years. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2021 with a degree in Public Health. Kaylee enjoys building relationships with our patients and plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for every patient. With a strong background in healthcare administration and a passion for helping others, she works closely with patients to address any questions or concerns they may have regarding their treatment plan. Working hand in hand with our prescribers, Kaylee helps with managing their schedules and facilitating communication between prescribers and patients.

Kaylee has a 3 year old Aussiedoodle named Brody, who spent the first two years of his life growing up in the AB Hormone office training as one of our “professional door greeters”. Kaylee and Brody now live in the Houston area working remotely, but love visiting their AB Hormone family whenever they can.

Outside of work, Kaylee’s hobbies include reading, sewing, taking care of her plants, and spending time with her friends and family.
