Choose pecan butter! Pecan buuuutter is good for the soul. It’s delicious and has a natural sweetness that makes it perfect for dipping veggies and fruit.
I chose pecans is due to the health benefits. Pecans have high levels of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and goods fats that help reduce inflammation and lower cholesterol. Pecans have Manganese which improves mood swings, learning disabilities, and epilepsy. Making pecans a crazy good brain food.
I also like pecans because they’re local. I remember as a kid walking with my grandma and mom picking pecans off the ground by her house. Enough pecans that we could collect and fill 4-5 large empty Folger coffee cans.
