Say hello to your AB Hormone Therapy physician assistant.
Lindsey brings 17 years of Physician Assistant Experience to AB Hormone Therapy. She obtained her Master’s of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies from Saint Louis University and has worked in the areas of Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery, Adult Orthopedic Surgery and Primary Care.
After losing her sister to breast cancer at an early age, she searched for a better way to treat her patients and potentially prevent some disease states. Fortunately, she was introduced to Functional Medicine and Hormone Replacement Therapy and quickly discovered the benefits this approach brings to traditional medicine.
While working in Primary Care, Lindsey noticed that there is very little time spent determining the cause of a patient’s symptoms. Unfortunately, much more time is spent prescribing medications to treat the disease state and resulting symptoms only after the disease has begun. She feels strongly that an experienced Health and Wellness practitioner is a valuable addition to your primary healthcare team as they address the hormone imbalances and deficiencies often overlooked in traditional medicine. When these imbalances and deficiencies are addressed, very often the patient’s symptoms/ disease state significantly improve.
